1 : WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY PERIOD?
Our endeavor is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, however please do not lose your faith in us if you receive a product and do not like the fit, color or design. You can initiate a return request within 14 days of product delivery.All returns are refunded in the form of store credits, which can be redeemed on any product on our website within a period of Two months. Zoyaclothing.com do not provide refund in the form of Bank refund or NEFT.
2 : HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ON ZOYACLOTHING.COM
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you can intitate the return request within 24 Hours from the deliver date and get credit amount in your Zoyaclothing.com account Returned products should not be damaged/should be in the state in which you received and in the original packaging .When we recieve our product and check it was same as we dispatched then after 24 Hours we will transfer or NEFT to customer account.Once your return request gets approved by us, you now have to ship the product at the vendor's address mentioned on the invoice. Then we collected that product to our courier boy by your side. if product was change around our product that senario we havn't refund please note that point.Return request will not be processed unless approved by Zoyaclothing.com. In case customer ships/courier the product without getting return request being approved, return request will be liable for cancellation.Zoyaclothing.com will cover the cost of shipment only when the product received by the customer is Wrong/Damaged/Defective. Upto Rs 100 will be refunded in the form of Zoyaclothing Credits in your account.
3 : WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE?
1. Return request will be accepted only within 24 Hour from product delivery.
2 If recieve wrong or damage product then inform us in 24 hour by call/mail.
3. Returns will not be accepted if returned merchandise is used, worn, washed or damaged.
4. Returns will not be accepted if original packaging, invoice or tags are missing.
5. Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange category”, unless there is an inherent damage/ defective issue at the time of delivery due to a missing product.
6. When reverse pickup by our side . Please inform us by Whatsapp/Mail then send us your bank detail which you take that refund amount.
4 :WHEN WE RECIEVE RETURN TO PRODUCT THEN AFTER 24 HOUR YOUR PAYMENT WAS REFUND BY US.
