How to Return an order of Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Items ?
We take extreme care to when packing and dispatching your items so that they are delivered all the way to you safely.
However, by rare chance, it could be possible that some postal service men made a mistake and you find yourself receiving damaged/defective items. Should such a case occur, you have to drop us an email on email@example.com required details is given below :-
1. Mention your order number in mail
2. Image of the parcel that you received
3. Image of the product that you think have been damaged/Defect or Incorrect
4. Any notice from your local postal service (e.g. an apology note)
Now, sit back and leave it to us. We will assess the case within 3 to 4 working days and notify you of the assessment result and the future procedure via mail.
There are several conditions to our refund and replacement policies:
· A request for refund or replacement must be made within 3 days after you receive the parcel.
· After the assessment of the case, we may conclude you are ineligible for a refund or replacement.
· Claim regarding quality issue of any products are not eligible for Zoyaclothing.com Refund / Replacement policy.
· We will refund only product value and However, Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
· Please note that Cash on Delivery & Shipping Charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.
· Once your return request gets approved by us, you now have to ship the product at the vendor's address mentioned on the invoice. Please note that you need to share the courier receipt with tracking details within 7 days of your return request approval failing which your return request stands cancelled.
· When We receive Courier, Within 2Days We will Transfer Money To Customer`s Bank Accounts Thru NEFT. Please make sure we are never asking for your internet banking details such as user ID/password or your credit/debit card number/CVV/OTP either over phone or through email. So please do not share those confidential details with anyone.
· Return request will not be processed unless approved by Happydeal18.com. In case customer ships/courier the product without getting return request being approved, return request will be liable for cancellation.
· Zoyaclothing.com will cover the cost of shipment only when the product received by the customer is Wrong/Damaged/Defective. Upto Rs 100 will be refunded to the customer.
· Refund and replacement policies are subject to change.
· Do not share your internet banking details, such as user ID/password or your credit/debit card number/CVV/OTP with anyone – either over phone or through email we are never asking for any such details.
What are the checks done by Happydeal18 while accepting a return product from the customer?
· Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a sealed condition.
· The original packaging including tags, boxes should be intact while returning the merchandise.
· All the returned merchandise should be in original packaging condition and the address should to be pasted on the packet.
When are returns not possible?
· Return request will be accepted only within 03 days from product delivery.
· Returns will not be accepted if customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product.
· Returns will not be accepted if returned merchandise is used, worn, washed or damaged.
· Returns will not be accepted if original packaging, invoice or tags are missing.

If the mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), Customer Support Team will provide you refund form in which you need to fill your bank account details. We will initiate NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. You may expect to receive refund amount in 7-10 days.
